Meet The specialists at LIving Green
Davis Dalbok
As a design visionary in the Bay Area for 35 years, founder and principal designer Davis Dalbok has led a movement of interior exotica and subtropical gardens, bringing inspiration from his botanical retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii, worldwide travels, and through friendships with some of the illumined design maestros of the world.
Accolades include several Best in Show wins at the San Francisco Garden Show and numerous write ups in Sunset and Garden Design magazines. Davis also sits on the Advisory Council for the Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park and collaborated on the remake of the Ancient Plant Garden in the San Francisco Botanical Garden. He considers himself fortunate to have an ongoing collaboration designing sacred gardens in India at Bodhgaya, Bihar, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
With Davis's influence, Living Green will always be a place of timeless, worldly and spiritual treasure.
our methods
Our Expertise and Unique Inventory Help Create Beautiful Spaces in the Bay Area and Beyond
Encouraging open dialogue between client and staff sets the Living Green team apart from, and above, other garden designers. We interview our clients regarding the desired color palette, form & function and we perform an in-depth on-site analysis of the conditions and surroundings, to determine the best design solution for every client. Our team of talented communicators help clients by exploring and educating on the parameters of good design, particularly those that are appropriate and available to their unique project. That is the key factor to our success.
